As visitors enter our space, those looking for a good competition are met with giant classic games like Operation, Chess, Battleship, Connect Four, Scrabble, Uno, and Jenga; others will have fun building with magnets, legos or lincoln logs; kids often run straight for the huge bubbles they can put themselves and their friends inside of or our stairs with the Slinky where their parents or our staff get to introduce them to this wonderful pasttime; those looking for an extra mental challenge, will find our metal plexers and challenging wooden puzzles they can spend hours trying to solve; and families with little ones will find fun in our toddler area where the youngest can explore building with foam blocks or fishing with wooden poles. Surrounding it all, are signs explaining the history of these activities and friendly staff to help visitors have a good time and answer questions.

Many of the displays in this fun and interactive exhibit are STEM/STEAM-based and involve critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork. From kids to those who are still kids at heart, Mind Works! is an event that is fun for individuals of all ages.
